How do I place an order?
You can place an order online, or contact us during our business hours (Tuesday thru Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm EST) to place your order by calling 203.344.1707.

How does online ordering work?
- Add items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Order" button on individual item pages.
- To view your shopping cart or to check out, click the "view cart" button, which appears at the bottom right of every page.
- Adjust quantities in your shopping cart by changing the number to the left of items, and then clicking "recalculate." Items set to "0" quantity will be deleted from your order.
- Thinking of removing items from your cart? Don't forget about our "Wish List" reminder service.
- When you're ready to check out, click on the "check out" button in your shopping cart.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products.
If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order
total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Abigail DeG. Fox Designs accepts Visa and Master Card.

Do you charge sales tax?
Website sales tax is charged only in Connecticut.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece made to order by-hand. Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be shipped.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will
be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Shipping and Handling Guidelines
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00pm will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within approximately 10
days pending availability and credit card verification. All orders placed after 1:00pm will begin processing the next business day,
and ship within approximately 10 days. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday.
Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Foxy Lady Designs will contact you with a follow-up
email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses,

International Shipping costs, methods and disclosure
International shipping is based on several factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination.
To calculate the cost of shipping a package internationally, please contact us at info@foxyladydesigns.com.
Shipping restrictions
We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
We do not offer Saturday delivery.
What gift wrap/box services to you offer?
Abigail DeG. Fox Designs can send any order, or multiple orders as gifts.
Please specify in the comment section that you would like to send this as a gift. Please include the gift recipients shipping address, and a note if you would like to include a card. All packages can be gift wrapped in our custom gift box, free of charge.
An e-mail notification will be sent to you to let you know when it ships.
Return Policy
We will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Abigail DeG. Fox Designs within 14 days of the shipping date in its original unused condition (including attached tags). Returns that arrive after 14 days are
subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or
exchanged. Of course we will always correct flaws at our expense.
Please remember that the slight imperfections resulting from the use of natural stones enhance the beauty of our pieces.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original
package if possible. Include the completed form with your return/exchange, and send insured to the above address. (We recommend that
you insure the return packages to Abigail DeG Fox Designs. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept
responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received by Abigail DeG. Fox Designs, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5
business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once
they have received the information from Abigail DeG Fox Designs.
How to place Wholesale orders:
Wholesale orders can be placed on line, or by calling us directly to schedule an appointment. Please call 203.344.1707.
Orders take from 4 to 6 weeks. Abigail DeG. Fox Designs requires a 50% deposit on all wholesale orders at the time the order is placed.
Remaining payment should be made within 2 weeks of receiving invoice.
